Wyoming Building Supply was founded
in 1976 by Bob and Jolene Ingram. We moved to 2104 Fairgrounds Rd.,
Casper in March of 1977. We incorporated in 1979 and are a privately
held corporation.
Our facility which is located on
Fairgrounds Road has expanded now to include 4 buildings with over
20,000 square feet and more land for expansion.
In 1988 we expanded our countertop
shop into a 3,200 square foot building to better serve our customers
and make us the largest countertop fabricator in Wyoming.
In 1989 we completed a new 3,600
square foot office and showroom facility with kitchen and bath
displays. There are also displays showing our window and fireplace
products. This showroom expansion was done to help expand our market
from primarily wholesale to more retail business.
In 1990 we purchased a 5,000 square
foot building next door to expand our warehousing facilities to over
8,800 square feet.
In 1992 we opened a 3,200 square foot
office, showroom, warehouse facility in Cheyenne, WY to better serve
our southern Wyoming customers.
In 1994-1995 we added a 2,000 square
foot addition to our office and showroom in Casper because of our
continued growth. This addition included a new window showroom and
increased office space.
In 1996 we purchased 4 acres of land
in Cheyenne, WY at 3920 N. College Dr. to build a new office,
showroom, and warehouse.
In 1997 we built a 9,600 square foot
showroom, office, warehouse complex in Cheyenne on the 4 acres on
College Dr. with the goal of further expansion into the
retail-remodeling market in Cheyenne. Also in 1997 we opened a
showroom in Sheridan, WY to better serve our customers in the
northern part of the state.
In 1999 we expanded our countertop
shop, adding an additional 3,200 square feet to now give us 6,400
square feet. This will help increase our capacity to serve Wyoming's
growing building industry.
Wyoming Building Supply is Wyoming's
largest kitchen, window, and fireplace distributor. Through
diversification, sound management, and team effort, our PEOPLE will
continue to be the driving force in the kitchen, window, and
fireplace business in Wyoming.
