Frameless Construction

1. 3/4″ 45lb density particleboard sides assure product integrity and reliable performance for years to come.
    
2. 3/4″ and 1″ 45lb density particleboard shelves minimize potential for sagging.
    
3. 1/2″ 45lb density particleboard back – Requires no hang rail and adds to the overall integrity of the box.
    
4. 3/4″ thick top stretchers and floors on base cabinets – 3/4″ tops and floors on wall cabinets.
    
5. Drawer options include Blum metabox, Melamine and 5/8″ solid wood with dovetail joinery.
    
6. Drawer slide options include Blum metabox, Full extension ball bearding glides, soft-close under-mount guides.
    
7. Door hinge options include 120 degree and 165 degree 6 way adjustable frameless clip hinges and 5 knuckle steel hinges.
